    Starting humble beginnings in Puchong Jaya in year Oct 2016, Mykori now has 13 outlets over the Klang Valley and is poised to rapidly expand in 2019. Mykori’s success comes from a founding team with diverse experience in not only food, but also social media as well as real estate – which explains Mykori’s active fanbase online (with close to a half a million combined) as well as ensuring the outlets launched new high traffic & suitable locations that enjoy an active repeat customer base that can be seen, even just an hour before closing time! We are thankful to our discerning customers that appreciate our no compromise approach, from premium ingredients, beautiful art product, tasteful decor, and of course, top notch service.

    It all started with a Japanese pastry at first…

    During his travels overseas, Mykori’s founder Jason discovered a unique Japanese pastry, a fish shaped snack, made of croissant with varied sweet and savoury fillings such as red bean, chocolate banana and cheese. He then made the necessary arrangements, including learning hands on how it’s made, securing the signature molds and ingredients that give the Taiyaki its unique shape and flavour and launching with authentic Japanese ranges and then further expanding them to suit local tastes.

    Not content with just pastries, he then sought to make Mykori the epitome of the 21st century Japanese dessert house, expanding to include the signature toasts and shaved ice desserts (Kakigori) that incorporate fresh fruits, ice cream as well as layers of flavour. And to not leave out those that seek healthier options, there’s also the Kenko Kakigori, a guiltless option that incorporates shaved ice, yoghurt / milk, fresh fruits as well as a variety of grains.

    Yes, this happens very often, and we’re glad to be able to serve so many enthusiastic customers!

    COMPANY MISSION

    Mykori Dessert Café is the 21st century version of the traditional Japanese Dessert House in Malaysia (currently only in Klang Valley) and immediately gained popularity since 2016 from our first outlet which is located at Bandar Puchong Jaya. Now in 2019, it is the market leader in the premium shaved ice dessert sector in Malaysia, with the most number of outlets and amazing customer response.

    Lately in the fourth quarter year of 2017, It has immediately spreads its wings into a total of 8 outlets. Puchong Jaya, Old Klang Road, Subang Jaya SS15, Petaling Jaya SS2, Kota Kemuning Shah Alam, Mahkota Cheras, Setapak and Setia Alam. And now, soon incoming to the year 2019, the most anticipated Mykori Dessert Café brand has expansion plan on it’s pipeline to grow it’s brand to nationwide.

     

    Location such as Penang, Ipoh, Genting Highlands, Johor & Malacca is all within the company’s planning. Even so, Mykori Dessert Café will also expand rapidly to Major Towns in the Klang Valley in the year 2018 itself.
