Welcome to the Mykori Loyalty Program! By participating in our program and using our services, you agree to the Terms of Use stated below. Please read them carefully before signing up or using the loyalty program.
The Terms of Use stated herein (collectively, “Terms of Use” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mykori Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Mykori”).
By using the Mykori Loyalty Program through our website or other digital platforms (“Service”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, and any future amendments or modifications to these Terms of Use, as published on our website at [Insert Link]. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
1. General
1.1 The Mykori Loyalty Program (“Program”) is owned and operated by Mykori Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
1.2 The Program is open to residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above. 1.3 The Program is intended for personal use only and cannot be transferred or assigned to others.
2. Membership Registration
2.1 To participate in the Program, you must create an account on the Mykori website and provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 Each individual is limited to one account. Mykori reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
2.3 By registering, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
3. Earning Points
3.1 Members earn points for eligible purchases made at Mykori outlets in Malaysia.
3.2 Points are awarded based on the net transaction amount, excluding discounts, promotions, or vouchers.
3.3 Points earned have a validity period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
3.4 Mykori reserves the right to revise the earning structure or eligibility criteria for points without prior notice.
4. Redeeming Points and Rewards
4.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards as specified in the Program.
4.2 All rewards are subject to availability and additional terms outlined at the time of redemption.
4.3 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Promotions and Offers
5.1 Special promotions and offers are valid only during the specified promotional periods.
5.2 Promotions are subject to terms and conditions outlined in their respective announcements.
6. Program Updates and Termination
6.1 Mykori reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these Terms of Use, at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Any changes will be communicated via the official Mykori website or other appropriate channels.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Mykori collects and processes your personal data in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
7.2 Your information will only be used for Program-related purposes and to improve your experience.

8. Liability and Disclaimers
8.1 The Program and rewards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
8.2 Mykori is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from:
- Technical issues or errors in the Program.
- Unauthorized access to your account.
8.3 Mykori’s liability is limited to the cost of the rewards in question.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
9.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
10. Opting Out
10.1 If you wish to opt out of the Program, please contact us at support@mykori.my. Upon opting out, any remaining points in your account will be forfeited.
